Ten days

My back went out ten days ago…….I have not worked out in TEN days. I feel like complete and utter crap!!!! I’m all sorts of blubbery!!’ So today I start again!!!!! It’s so funny how when you don’t exercise you are sleepy, grumpy, and forgetful. So I must say that I am happier than a pig in you know what to work out today.
That’s all.

Butterfly

Today we decided to do tae Bo, it was too flippen’ easy so hard. We were all laughing, thinking we were still in warm up mode, but actually we were almost done. In between the “moves” you would do the butterfly, yes that’s right, the butterfly. Well needless to say, we will be happy to do insanity tomorrow.

One pound…

So I gained a pound this week. What a bummer!! I like to think its because my legs are hard as steal now. Seriously, I could use them as a base to a super high sky scraper. But I am still bummed that a pound was gained. I finished day 10 of insanity today with my girls. It does feel fabulous. I wonder if the pound came from those scrumptious pumpkin cookies I made, mmmmm, but pumpkin goodies don’t have calories or fat or even cholesterol because they are so delicious, right?!?!? I’ll leave you with my legs of steal….enjoy 😉

Holy Hell Harry

So today was day 5 of the insanity workout…..Holy Hell Harry it was rough!!! You know it’s gonna be tough when Shaun T himself says he is getting nervous. YIKES! Me and three of my girls are going strong though. We are literally fighting through pain that is just so crazy, but it’s the good pain, our muscles are waking up, and I know soon they will thank us. I do have to say that I am extremely PROUD of Meaghan, Michelle, and Rosemary, and of course myself. We just fight through. I’m not going to say its easy, cause it is far from easy, there is a lot, I’m talking gallons of sweat. Lots of funny noises coming from the depths. We FINISH the workout EVERYTIME. seriously how awesome is that, I use to give up on walking after a few days. This is it for me, I needed a lifestyle change and I just did it. I will not be a slave to my weight any longer. I can’t wait for tomorrow!!!!!!

Day 4 down…..

So my BFF and I have finished day 4 of Shaun T’s INSANITY workout. Two of my other friends joined in yesterday and finished day 2. I recommend this work out to EVERYONE! Our group is all different shapes and sizes, different health issues, and we ALL do it. You don’t have to go insane every workout, but what you do need to do is put in 100% of your ability. We all end each workout feeling refreshed and ready for more. So look into the program, you will not be disappointed!!!! I have lost 1.5 pounds in the first 2 days. My body is spewing all it’s ickiness like a drunk spewing all their liquor after a long bender. So give it a try, stick to it, and you too will feel like a new person. It doesn’t matter if you are 300 pounds or 120 pounds, it will transform you.

I burned 1004 calories today….holy cannoli, that’s sweet a$$!!!!!! I feel so much healthier than I did just 2 weeks ago. AMAZING! Y’all need to get your butts in gear ( if you haven’t already), it’s the best feeling in the world!!!

I’m insane…

Starting the Shaun T insanity workouts today. 60 days to a new you. Sounds good to me. I’m ready to sweat, cry, and laugh all in a hour workout. Yup yup. It may seem to the outsiders that my workouts seem to jump all over the place, and you’re right. I adore turbo, it’s great! I will continue that, but it’s only once a week. So after days minutes of searching, I found insanity. The results seem really encouraging. So in 60 days I will post a picture of myself in a bikini. I know you all are super excited for that, how about a bikini picture today???
